Krystal Puerto Vallarta is happy to offer extensive services to ensure all guests have a wonderful stay. Directly across from the hotel tower is the children' outdoor playground and the main pool area, with a children' pool area.

To cool down during your stay, the resort offers three outdoor pools, seven jacuzzis and even private pools. Also, water sports are available in the ocean. Krystal Puerto Vallarta offers extensive dining options, including a beachfront restaurant, a unique restaurant offering Japanese cuisine in a tranquil garden setting, a stylish Trattoria serving Italian delights, and the beautiful dining experience of a restaurant on the beach (not available during rainy season from June to October).

For dining, the resort offers Las Velas, the beachfront buffet and a la carte, open air restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, as well as the poolside a la carte Crazy Crab Snack Shack, serving lunch favorites all afternoons. For specialty dining in the evenings, guest may also enjoy the well known Kamakura Japanese restaurant, with hanging lights and a romantic atmosphere in the Aqueduct gardens, or a historic favorite with a twist -Bogarts on the Beach.
